An experienced and qualified candidate is sought after by a national organisation for the role of Field Education Officer in Nowshehra. The application deadline is September 3, 2024. Only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview and exam. 

Field Education officer JDS: 

Encourage the opening of new RGW schools.  

Encourage the teachers to establish mother committees and oversee the MC's role and responsibility training. 

Using a valid demand form that has been duly signed by the education coordinator, ensure that school books, uniforms, and other supplies are provided with the assistance of administration and logistics.  

Plan and carry out the visit's objectives, visit schedules, vehicle request, and reporting to the education coordinator.  

visits each RGW school to oversee the delivery of high-quality instruction and to make sure that teachers are following established criteria and course content.  

Verify the presence of instructors and students; review and sign the attendance records with remarks after each visit.  

Through community mobilization workshops, gather support from Mother Committees and local elders to encourage OOS girls to enrol in basic and secondary education.  

Help the Education Coordinator out when she visits RGW schools on a regular basis. 

Help teachers with co-curriculum activities, sanitation and personal hygiene awareness, and classroom management.  

Assess and document the development of the centres' instruction as well as the efforts of the teachers.  

Assess and guarantee the calibre and norms of instruction in centres.

Encourage biannual evaluations to determine how well the pupils are reading, writing, and learning. 

The student data will be gathered and verified by the field education officer.  

The Field Education Officer will guarantee accurate documentation of all program-related activities.

Qualification and Skills 

Minimum Level of Bachelor's Degree  

two years minimum of relevant experience. 

recognises the importance of female enrolment and education.  

proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office.
