                                          ROLE IN THE ORGANIZATION 

Under the guidance of the Finance Officer, this individual is based in Islamabad and is ultimately in charge of all tasks related to finances and administration. 

Assists and support the Finance Department with the following tasks activities: 

maintaining and organising payment vouchers correctly for all payments made by Field Offices and CO.  

Before the end of the month, gather pay stubs from HR and organise them according to the voucher number in the accounting book. 

helps the finance department communicate with outside parties.  

After month-end closing, all payment vouchers are scanned.  

makes certain that every letter and other required document is scanned, recorded, and kept in the system.  

Makes certain that every payment voucher is filed on a monthly basis.  

additional documentation pertaining to other universities being filed in the appropriate files.  

accurate file tagging in accordance with the specified format and accurate file placement in the racks.  

Enquire further with field offices about the bi-monthly accounting book sharing. 

Objective : Scanning and Record keeping.
