Greetings from Action Against Hunger (ACF),

Action Against Hunger is extending an invitation to you to submit a “QUOTATION” for the building or installation of latrines in different districts devastated by flooding. For your information, a list of districts and the project BOQs are attached. As this will be for a one-year framework agreement, please make sure that your submitted quote includes all required taxes, transportation, and materials.  

Please also indicate the terms and conditions for payment. Action Against Hunger prefers to be paid by cross cheque when the delivery is complete, and all relevant taxes have been deducted. 

Complete terms and conditions should be included in the RFQ, and all registration paperwork should be attached. Please make sure that all papers are correctly stamped and signed, including the ACF Terms and Conditions of Purchase.  

Send the request for quotes (RFQ) in Excel format to hodlog@pk-actionagainsthunger.org by email by September 11, 2024, with a scanned, signed, and stamped copy on your company's letterhead in the cc line.
